Protection of personal data
In accordance with current legislation on data protection and, in particular, with the provisions of Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, as well as the GDPR (EU) 2016/679, you are informed that your personal data that you may send us by any means will form part of a file whose purpose is the administrative and/or commercial management of the company.
Procedures for access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation, portability and the right to be forgotten
In relation to your personal data, you are informed that you have the right to access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation, portability and the right to be forgotten, which you may exercise either by email to the address muns@lasmuns.com indicating in the subject: "Data Protection", or by post to: PLACERES MUNS, SL, Carrer d'Àvila, 117, 08018 (Barcelona) indicating in all cases the Reference: "Data Protection" and, accompanying some document that proves your identity, such as a copy of your ID.

You have the right to know the status of your data; what type of processing they are subject to; where they were obtained from; modify them if you consider them to be incorrect, or if they were initially correct, they no longer reflect current reality because this has changed, or even cancel them completely, as long as the latter is permitted by current legislation.

In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the request addressed to the person responsible for the file must contain the following details:

– Name and surname of the affected party, attaching a photocopy of the ID (or any other legally valid document for the identification of the applicant). In the case of acting on behalf of someone or a legal person, a photocopy of the document that accredits such representation.

– Petition on which the request is based or founded.

– Indication of an address for notification purposes.

– Documents, if applicable, that accredit the basis of the request. To send said request, any means that can demonstrate the sending and receipt of the request must be used.
